Swarbrick Landing is a small Hamilton City Council riverside park on the Waikato River at 868 River Road in Chartwell. The reserve offers green picnic lawns and mature trees with captivating river views, free public BBQs, clean public toilets and free parking. A walking path along the river connects through to neighbouring Days Park, with a children's play area among the riverside facilities.

A great little picnic spot with picnic tables on the edge of the river. There is a small car park which is home to a lot of very friendly sparrows. They live fish, rice and chips as a little treat.
