Pacific Park is a Tauranga City Council neighbourhood park on Matavai Street in Mount Maunganui with an accessible all-ages playground built around a maunga centrepiece. The play space packs in a wide slide, climbing ropes, balancing rocks, a sandpit, basket swings, an accessible see-saw, plus a wheels track, shaded seating, paths linking through to Bedford Place, and a drinking fountain. Well-regarded by Mount Maunganui families since the upgrade and a popular stop for inclusive play. A relaxed local destination playground close to the beach.
