Oceandowns Reserve is an 8.9-acre Tauranga City Council sports park off Gloucester Road in Mount Maunganui, with two irrigated and floodlit football fields plus a multi-sport court. A neighbourhood playground beside the sports area offers swings, climbing structures, slides and picnic tables, with a toilet block and parking on site. It is a working community sports-and-play hub for the Mount Maunganui suburb rather than a destination playground.
