Mairangi Bay Playground sits in the fully fenced Sidmouth Street Reserve behind the Mairangi Bay Village shops, two minutes from the beach. The play space is designed for kids aged 2 to 12, with a popular Roctopus group swing, a merry-go-round, climbing structures, slides, a playhouse on a small hill, and a concrete loop used by toddlers on ride-ons and older kids on bikes and scooters. Picnic lawn, shade, public toilets, and the village cafes are all next door, making it a well-regarded family-day stop on the North Shore.

Great little playground. Family enjoyed it and is very safe for the young ones. All gates are like the ones at daycare that they can not open. There is cafe type thing there the kids could play with. Hills and little bike tracks. Highly recommended Public toilet is a cross the road

Love it, good for the kids & little ones.. as fully fenced. No need to worry about little ones getting out & onto road. Can relax & let them play. Has a little pretend ice cream parlor playhouse on a tiny hill with a bell.. the kids love that & the swings & the spinning ones
