This place has had a recent “glow-up” with new play equipment and a generally more tidy set up. We even had two free adult entries which was nice. All of this feels undermined by having one staff member on for the busiest day of the week (Saturday) and having to wait almost an hour for the merry-go-round because she has to help with the birthday party that’s on. We had to stand around and wait when we first walked in because the lone staff member was serving someone else and it says that it’s a half hour wait for any food anyways. In short, your play place is only as good as you are able to provide staff to run the place, even if it is a nicer in general.
