Jubilee Park is the iconic Horowhenua District Council family park on the corner of Bath Street and Parker Avenue in Levin, affectionately known as ‘the Donald Duck Park’ for its Rotary Club-built original Disney look-alike characters. The 1-hectare reserve, recognised with a Green Flag Award, packs in a large playground with seesaws, slides, swings, climbing structures, sand pit and toddlers’ paddling pool. A wheelchair-accessible splash pad opened in December 2022 (Labour Weekend to Easter, 9am–7pm), with BBQs, picnic shelters, new accessible toilets, fencing and parking on site.

Very safe playground especially for young kids. Whole park is fenced off. Unfortunately no dogs allowed. There is a few different playgrounds, swings, sandpit, seesaw and a water play park. Theres also picnic tables and a bbq as well as a toilet block. Perfect to take the whole family on a hot day.

Love this park. It has had a serious upgrade from my childhood park. Excellent that it has plenty of shade and BBQ facilities
