Harold Moody Reserve is Auckland Councils large Glen Eden sports park on Glendale Road, with the Glen Eden Community and Recreation Centre War Memorial Hall on site and sports fields beside an accessible playground. The play space leans toddler-friendly with slides, swings, climbing equipment, a wet-pour rubber surface ramp for prams and wheelchairs, and easy access to a basket swing. The Waikumete Stream runs through the park as part of the Project Twin Streams restoration. Bring a hat as direct shade over the playground is limited. A practical community sports park rather than a destination playground.

Nice place to walk around the field. There is a play area for the children. They often have sports matches. Parking is very limited. There is also a hall for hire

Quite a big field which is great for many activities like running, football, softball and more. When I’ve gone to the tennis courts nearby, I’ve also seen them playing softball, or is it baseball, on the field. There is quite a lot of parking when there’s nothing happen, but during tennis events and things happening on the field it can get quite full.
