Grenada North Park is a Wellington City Council sport and recreation hub in the city’s northern suburbs near Mark Avenue Park, used for football, rugby and informal recreation. The current fields suffer poor drainage and are being progressively upgraded by Council in partnership with mana whenua and sports clubs, with plans for all-weather pitches, changing rooms, storage, toilets and improved pedestrian access. A fenced playground sits beside the fields for visiting families.
