Taylor Park is the main Tawa community park beside Redwood train station, blending an accessible playground with a flying fox, a skate park, tennis courts, the Wellington North Badminton Stadium, and a fenced off-leash dog area on Taylor Terrace. The play space sits among open lawns and is well-regarded by Tawa families, with room for ball games and picnics alongside the equipment. Train access makes it easy to reach without a car. A solid all-rounder for an active half-day rather than a destination playground.
