Coronation Park is a Wellington City Council community park on Oxford Street in Tawa, doubling as a hub for Tawa Central Kindergarten, Tawa Scouts, the Tawa Community Garden, and a Rotary-built peace labyrinth that doubles as a walk-through play feature. The playground sits in a sunny corner of the park (often noted as Wellingtons last to lose afternoon sun) with picnic spots, open lawn for run-around play, and walking links to the Tawa main shops. A community-anchored neighbourhood stop rather than a destination playground.
