Bill Brown Park is a Westbrook neighbourhood sports park in Palmerston North on Havelock Avenue, used for rugby, football and tennis with a small playground, swings, parking and toilets at the eastern end. The Pasifika Community Centre on site is being upgraded by Palmerston North City Council to better serve the Pasifika and wider community, and walking and running paths cross the open grass.
