Bayfield Park Playground sits within Bayfield Park on Shore Street, Andersons Bay, an 18.1 acre Dunedin City Council waterfront reserve with views over the Andersons Bay Inlet. The destination play space leads with a Rocktopus climbing structure, plus slides, climbing frames, monkey bars, tunnels, a spiderweb net, seesaws and swings to suit a wide age range. The wider park surrounds the playground with artificial cricket, soccer and rugby fields, picnic-friendly lawn and adjacent parking. Dog friendly and ideal for combining a long beach-view picnic with the play visit.
