Walton Park is a Dunedin City Council sports reserve on Edith Street in Fairfield, with senior and junior soccer fields, an artificial cricket pitch, and a playground with flat asphalt paths perfect for scooters and learner bikes. A new pump track is being added at the northern end of the reserve near the playground, with picnic tables, toilets (mural-painted), and parking on site. A practical Fairfield sports park with growing bike skills appeal rather than a destination playground.

Amazing playground and sports field. So much space to run like crazy or casually walk anyhow. Loved the paper-bark trees growing there. We took some for fun to draw on. It was absolutely beautiful.

Lovely little park . Nice equipment. And around it at the bottom of the field is the start of nice bike track suits kids with some nice hills
