Townsend Road Reserve is a Waimakariri District Council neighbourhood park at the corner of Townsend Road and Goldie Drive in the new Townsend Fields subdivision in West Rangiora. The playground opened in May 2024 with concept design input from Te Matauru School students, including a flying fox, a big slide, a cycle track and picnic area. Best treated as a popular Rangiora local family stop for the new subdivision and surrounding schools.
