Seton Nossiter Park is a 30-hectare Wellington City Council protected natural reserve nestled in the steep gullies between Grenada Village, Woodridge, Newlands and Paparangi. The park is laced with walking tracks through native bush, with streams, a waterfall (off White Pine Avenue) and open clearings used as informal picnic spots. The main entrance is via Mark Avenue in Grenada Village with parking and a service road into the main valley floor, plus secondary access from Bushland Grove (Paparangi) and Colchester Crescent (Newlands). No formal playground equipment or toilets are on-site.

Surprisingly cool waterfall at the very end. Path to get to waterfall is a bit tricky and includes a few stream crossings so waterproof shoes needed. But well worth it imo. The rest of the walks there are easy enough.

A short walk but definitely worth the visit for the waterfall, bird life and native scenery. The traffic noise from the motorway soon disappears once you drop down in the valley. The path to the waterfall gets a bit ruggered and some rock hopping is required unless you don't mind getting wet feet. It is worth a look. I opted against climbing to the top due to walking solo. Some interesting history of the area if you read the information boards.
