An excellent area for kids to play. Huge playground and a good bile trail too. Zip-line is an excellent one. It has a few apple trees as well. Big slides are the biggest I have seen so far. Unfortunately the parking area is not ideal as you have to park on the road and when you open the door you are in the middle of the road.

Samuel Miller Reserve is an Auckland Council reserve at the corner of Nelson and John Streets in Pukekohe, popular as a learn-to-ride spot for young cyclists and scooterists. A sealed concrete road circuit with mini road signs, Stop signs and a roundabout loops the reserve (great for balance bikes and trainer wheels), with an inner gravel loop for more advanced riders. The playground features a flying fox, fast twisty slides, traditional swings, ropes, tunnels and climbing equipment, with shaded picnic shelters, public toilets and parking on Nelson Street.
