Lynn Reserve is a Bayview neighbourhood reserve on Lynn Road, with a playground refreshed in 2019 featuring basket swings, two green slides, an in-ground trampoline, climbing tunnels and red stepping stones under giant shade cloths. Alongside sit a bike trail, basketball court, picnic tables and seating, with a bush walking track linking to Leigh Scenic Reserve (currently closed for kauri dieback protection).
