Larnach Road Playground

very good view of the city, but the general playground is pretty small and the swings are pretty squeaky as well

Although it's a good park for those within walking distance or for those stopping through for a break, it's definitely not a park I would go out of my way for. It has a enough playground items to keep the kids entertained and let there energy out. However, it is poor for anyone wanting to play any sports, even backyard cricket as it is often muddy and the grass is usually long or has clippings, and it is far from the largest park around. Some new equipment was installed recently (within 3-4 years from this review) and this has helped update the place a shade. Overall, a nice place but probably an unmemorable park for most.
