Kopupaka Reserve Playground (opened April 2021, 2021 NZ Parks Playground of the Year) is an Auckland Council two-level destination playground in Westgate. The play space references the area's strawberry-farming heritage through bespoke climbing towers and rubber-mound 'strawberry furrows', with a flying-fox/zipline, water play, sand play, nature-play features, in-ground trampolines, see-saws, a dancing snake swing, climbing ropes and a swing set with basket, toddler and regular swings. The wider reserve adds adult outdoor fitness equipment, picnic area, BBQs, edible plantings, public toilets and parking.

Amazing playground. So many things from exercise equipment, flying food, sandpit, walking track, slides, swings, tunnels, water play, seesaws etc etc

Very fun and versatile playground in large size. Flying fox, huge rope swing, mini trampoline, gym equips, rope climbing, sand pitch, kids water pumps and lake view etc. Always spend lots time after Costco visits - only thing is quite windy mostly
