Knights Stream Park is a Christchurch City Council bike-skills and skate park on Halswell Junction Road in the south-west suburb of Halswell, opened to give children a safe traffic-themed ride circuit. The flat scooter/bike circuit includes roundabouts, give-way signs, stop signs, a pedestrian crossing and a polished concrete surface for safer falls; alongside it sits a sizeable skate park with a concrete bowl, ledges, stairs and rails, plus a basketball half-court. Toilets are in the sports building near the carpark, with covered picnic tables and drinking fountains (and a dog fountain) on-site. A traditional children's playground for younger kids is across the road at Neil Graham Park.
