Jones Playground is the Horowhenua District Council play space inside Flagstaff Reserve, at the corner of Seabury Avenue and Flagstaff Street in Foxton Beach. The nautical-themed reserve features a big slide as the hero piece in a sheltered picnic spot, plus a viewing platform over the Foxton Estuary and walkways along the Manawatū River with Tararua Range outlook. The creek next to the reserve is popular with whitebaiters in season. Best treated as a combine-the-play-with-a-river-walk family stop on the Foxton Beach side.
