Horton Park is Blenheim’s long-standing Marlborough District Council sports park on Redwood Street, named in 1907 after Thomas Horton and home to Marlborough cricket with three cricket blocks, tennis courts and an extensive pavilion and clubrooms. The playground beside the fields keeps classic seesaws, swings, slides and climbing structures, with tennis/netball hoops, open grass to run on, 24-hour public toilets and ample parking.

We made good friends with this local seagull. Unfortunately despite a few attempts he wouldn't listen to our suggestions to get off the car...

Superb ground smack in the centre of blenhiem. Excellent viewing grand stand and generous hospitality from the local club. Very interesting Wairau cricket club memorabilia on the walls.
