Foster Park is Selwyn District’s flagship adventure playground in Rolleston, sharing the site with the Selwyn Sports Centre and a youth zone. The destination play space packs in baby and basket swings, a flying fox, a 4-metre metal slide, tunnel slide, climbing fort, rope frames and a toddler train area, with picnic seating, shade, a water fountain and toilets at the carpark. It draws families from across the greater Christchurch area.

Awesome park. Love the big slides. There's a hamster wheel, rope towers, many picnic tables & seats and a couple of the spinning contraptions kids love. There's also a couple mini playgrounds for toddler sized humans. Would be better if the flying fox was back up but still overall a great park.

Huge playground for the little ones and big kids. It's huge and with lot of equipments. It will keep the kids busy for hours and hours. Parking is available next to the park and if you are lucky a food truck will also be present next to the park to have some snacks if needed.
