Earnslaw Park is a central Queenstown lakefront civic green on Beach Street, beside the TSS Earnslaw steamship terminal on Lake Wakatipu. The park hosts the Saturday Creative Queenstown Arts and Crafts Market and the Queenstown Winter, Summerdaze and New Year’s Eve festivals, with picnic lawns, benches, the iconic moa statue and easy access to nearby hotels, restaurants and the QLDC Lakefront walking and cycling network. Toilets and parking are close at hand and entry is free 24/7.

Cool place by the lake. You can chill, eat, watch boats, and see nice views. Sometimes, they have markets, too. Good vibes, right in town. Some benches here. Public toilet here.

A beautiful park ideal for short strolls along the water, lunches, and even picnics. The colours of the trees and grass really pop under the sunlight. Beware the seagulls and refrain from feeding.
