Dunham Park is a South Waikato District Council reserve at the corner of State Highway 1 and Sloss Road in Tokoroa, sitting at the foot of Colson’s Hill with mature trees and a stream. The fenced side adjacent to SH1 holds the playground (swings, slides and climbing) with off-street parking on Sloss Road, picnic seating and a public toilet. The park is named after George Dunham, a Matamata County Councillor (1941–56) and first chair of the Tokoroa County Town Committee.

Theres more to it than the toilets and kids play area. Find one of two paths leading down to the park along the stream. Great place for picnics, and for dogs to play.
