Crosbie Park is a 7ha Christchurch City Council multi-sport park on Apsley Drive in Avonhead, bordered by the Avon River. The playground sits within a wider site that includes rugby fields, basketball and tennis courts, a BMX track and on-site toilets, with a multi-play structure, slides, swings and a roundabout in the play area. It is consistently well-regarded by visitors as a destination spot for mixed-age groups since older kids can ride the BMX track while younger ones use the play equipment. On-site parking is convenient off Apsley Drive.

Super playground with an area for big and smaller toddler. We liked the detail of the tic tac toe having balls in it so that the smaller toddlers also can have fun just spinning it around! Clean toilet and ample parking on side of the road.

Crosbie Park playground suitable for kids between 2 to 8 year old with slides, and swings with surrounding trees. The park also has Public toilets 10 meter to the right of the park, and is situated in a large sports park which features a softball training field.
