Karori Park

Lovely green space to use in a summer’s day. Big playground for kids, lots of space for football/ cricket/ games etc. didn’t check out the cafe. These a store near the park for ice lollies after… yesss

one of our favorite parks in Wellington! We used to live in Karori and this park is our go-to place for a good walk, jog, and entry or exit of the Skyline path walk. My hubby usually bikes to Makara Peak Bike Park starting from this park as well. It has jogging and running tracks, foot ball fields, cricket facilities , some outdoor gym facilities, and nearby cafe as well. It's vast and perfect for families. Parking is also available, as well as water fountain and toilets, including for disabled. the track is also disability friendly. Happy to be back here frequently
