Barry Curtis Park is a 94-hectare Auckland Council park in Flat Bush, one of New Zealand's largest urban parks. The ecologically-themed award-winning playground has a junior section (low slide, swings, water play) and a senior section (high tower with covered slides, climbing nets and a wooden obstacle course), plus a small viewing tower and native plant/birdlife sculpture artworks. Adjacent are shade sails, BBQ areas in the Wetlands Building, picnic lawns, accessible toilets, mobility parking, drinking fountains and the large nearby Flat Bush skate park.
