Acland Park is a Selwyn District Council destination reserve on Kate Sheppard Drive in Rolleston, blending a feature-rich playground with a separate youth skate park. The play space stacks in a multi-play structure with firemans pole, rock climbing wall and climbing rope, a sandpit and sand digger, swings, an EX Bench fitness piece, a pump track, and a sheltered picnic area with tables. The adjoining skate area (for ages 8+, skateboards/scooters/inlines/BMX only) features pool and flow bowls, a snake run, plus street stairs, banks, rails, and ledges. Toilets on site. A genuine Rolleston destination day-out stop.

Great playground, lots of open space. Pit a refuse bin in amd get yourself a five-star rating.
